Shaun is the sassy, sarcastic redhead behind everything Live Unbreakable. With more than 16 years of coaching experience, 33+ certifications, an MBA, and a National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching, she combines evidence-based training with real-world experience to help athletes build strength, confidence, resilience, and longevity.
As an Ironman finisher, multiple-time 70.3 finisher, marathoner, ultrarunner, and lifelong athlete, Shaun understands firsthand what it takes to balance ambitious goals with careers, families, injuries, setbacks, and the realities of everyday life. She believes fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.
Whether she's analyzing training data, helping clients navigate nutrition, building strength programs for endurance athletes, or talking someone off the ledge after a rough race, Shaun's coaching style is equal parts science, strategy, accountability, and tough love. Her mission is simple: help people become stronger than they ever thought possible - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Coach Hannah - NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist Qualified Coach
With over four years of experience in the fitness industry, Hannah is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. She specializes in strength-based and functional fitness, working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Fueled by caffeine and alternative music.
As a Mom who has experienced pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and C-section rehabilitation, she understands the challenges of rebuilding strength and confidence. She is currently expanding her knowledge through the NASM Women’s Fitness Specialization to better support women at every stage of their fitness journey. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to move well, get stronger, and achieve lasting results.
The English accent? You’ll either love it immediately or spend your sessions trying to imitate it.
Coach Sara - SLD Coaching - Certified Life Coach: Confidence and Clarity
Sara Lynn Dirkes is the founder of SLD Coaching and the creator of The Unshakeable Method: A Journey to Confidence & Clarity. With a background in human development, leadership psychology, and transformational coaching, Sara helps driven individuals build unshakeable confidence, gain clear direction, and step fully into their potential.
Through years of professional training, personal development study, and real-world leadership experience, Sara developed a coaching approach that blends self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindset mastery, and intentional action. Her work is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation comes from learning how to lead yourself, with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Coach Melissa - AFAA Certified Personal Trainer
Dancer. Gymnast. Runner. Melissa specializes in weight loss training, youth fitness, and active adults. She takes a strong collaborative approach as you work to become a stronger, healthier you! Melissa will always give you something to look forward to, especially her changing hair color!

Coach Morgan - Doctor of Physical Therapy
Mom of twins. Flexibility Advocate. A former horse back rider and gymnast, and has always been interested in fitness and flexibility. Coach Morgan has worked consulted for years, & has supported the brand and lifestyle since the very beginning! She believes strongly that you can be as fit and flexible as you want, as long as you have the passion and knowledge for success (which she helps to provide)!
