Maple Cinnamon Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup (90 grams) cooked quinoa

½ cup (120 grams) oat milk

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp raisins

Directions:

Rinse the quinoa and prepare according to package directions.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!

Cook up a batch of quinoa ahead of time and keep it in your fridge so it’s ready to go for any recipes throughout the week! It keeps for 3-4 days at a time. Also - if you have a rice cooker - WAY easy to prepare quinoa in that bad boy!
