Green Shamrock Shake Recipe!
St. Patrick’s Day festivities really last a whole week long, especially when it falls on a Wednesday. That’s why we’ve created this delicious Shamrock Shake recipe you can have GUILT-FREE!
Ingredients:
2 c dairy free vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 c almond or coconut milk
1/4 c coconut cream
1/2 tsp spearmint extract or 5 mint leaves
1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (optional to thicken or just add a little extra boost)
8 drop green food coloring or 5 spinach leaves (optional for color)
2 tbsp cocoa nibs (preference only)
Directions:
Blend together and enjoy!
Some people like shakes thicker. If that’s you - thicken to desired consistency by blending 2 ice cubes at time. Others like thin shakes. If you fall into that unfortunate category, just add more almond milk or water, one table spoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
