Black and Blue Chia Bowl

Ready for the easiest, most nutrient-dense breakfast recipe out there?! We thought you might be! Take a look at this recipe, and let us know when you try it!

Ingredients:
1.5tb hemp
23 almond cut half or 1/4 slices
1tbs agave
1/4c cruising
5 blackberry
1/3 banana
10 blueberry

Directions:

STEP 1
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Add ½ cup of your preferred milk to the bowl and stir with a fork to make sure chia seeds are not clumping together.

STEP 2
Cover and soak in the refrigerator. The longer they soak the thicker they get. You can even soak them overnight to have for breakfast.

STEP 3
Take out, stir and chow down!
