Sharing Some Viva Naturals Love
I already know what you’re thinking … “not you, too, Shaun!”
All these influencers talking about their “favorite” products that they never use they just want you to purchase… but that’s not this blog.
If you’ve followed me for a while (or even if you’re reading this blog as your very first introduction to me and Live Unbreakable ((welcome))) I want you to know that I truly ONLY partner with or use products that I believe in from companies that I trust.
My vetting process is actually pretty intense, because I want only the best for y’all, and respect all of you too much to not put my very best efforts forward in all products I’m using!
Viva Naturals is one of those - very few - companies that I continue to work with. In addition to being non-GMO and gluten-free, (and free from literally ALL of my multiple allergens) they also do not test on animals. Their products are super high-quality while still being super approachable from a cost perspective which is another reason I absolutely love them.
My three favorite products of theirs (that I use daily/weekly) are:
I’ve been taking their Vitamin B12 and D3 gummies for a few months now, and can definitely tell a difference in not on my overall mood, but also the ease of getting up in the mornings. I used to be quite sluggish prior to my first cup of coffee, and while I still do enjoy a nice slow morning, it’s not such a chore to get out of bed as it was prior to taking these.
I also recently started taking their organic hair, skin, and nails tablets. These have a unique combination of biotin, antioxidants, and vitamins that work to support healthy hair, nails, and fight against free radicals in your system. As some of you may already know, I fought with Orthorexia for quite some time when I was younger, which had a profound effect on my nail and hair growth. While my nails grew back on a normal diet and with supplementation, they were still weak. My hairline also suffered, and I have some spots that have not grown back to full length. When I started taking these supplements, I noticed changes within a month. My nails were stronger and my hair was finally coming back in thicker and fuller.
And - last but certainly not least - on my self care Sundays I utilize the charcoal sheet face masks to help hydrate and refresh my skin. These sheet masks are great because unlike a gel or hardening mask, this sheet is infused with bamboo charcoal and hyaluronic acid to help soothe your skin without fighting to take it off after you’re done. They have hydrolyzed collagen, spinach leaf extract, and black tea extract in them, which support skin texture, have antioxidants, and can decrease inflammation during a breakout.
Now - I know my body best and y’all know yours best. If you’re feeling run down / burnt out, have broken nails or tangled hair, or you’re feeling like your skin is always breaking out - all I am saying is these products are a great solution. Any single one is a great addition to your beauty routine, and I have found a sweet spot using all three. If you’re interested in giving any of them a go, please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or use my link to purchase and support!
Thank you, beautifuls!
