Gut-Friendly Pizza Dough Recipe!

Ever feel like everything you put in your mouth causes some type of bloating or pain? You can’t enjoy food anymore because you’re afraid of how your system will react?

Well the good news is - we can help. We’ll be building a recipe library of gut-safe foods, like this pizza dough, so you can bring one of your comfort foods back into your meal plan. Pizza (with a2/goat/vegan cheese) is a staple in my diet, and I know it’s one you have fond memories with, too!

1.25 cups almond flour

2tbsp flax

2tbsp olive oil

1tbsp millet

0.25 cups water

0.5 tsp crushed pepper

1 tbsp italian seasoning

1 tbsp chia seeds

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, stirring until combined. Flatten out the dough on a cookie sheet with parchment paper underneath (for easy serving!). Add any desired toppings (a2 cheese, pepperoni) and bake in 500* oven until cheese is brown on top (approx 8-12min).
